Dan Benichou

I have used Dan to purchase, sell and rent residential real estate in Manhattan 7 times over the years. Being that I was a foreigner in New York, it was very important that I have a knowledgeable broker who was able to teach me the market and guide me throughout the process of purchasing, renting and ultimately selling. He is a unique real estate broker that works hard and is trustworthy. Over the years, Dan has become a friend and I enjoyed working with him.

I engaged Mr. Benichou's services very recently when I decided to purchase my first home. Needless to say, Dan's excellent reputation precedes him. Dan did all the legwork to actually find my home (seemingly went above and beyond as I was receiving emails and updates at all hours of the day from him with schedulings etc.). He patiently showed me 15-20 units until we found the exact one I was looking for. When the contract signing hit a few snags, Dan took the initiative and resolved same with the seller's broker. When I needed to get financials together and had questions, Dan was there to guide me. I really do not think I would be living in my dream...

Dan is truly a unique real estate broker.; He is smart, works hard and never pressured me or wasted my time showing me listings that weren’t a fit. I consider him a friend and thoroughly enjoyed working with him.
